A standard washer connection (hot/cold water & drain) and a 240-volt outlet for an electric dryer. If your unit doesn't have a vent, we can provide a ventless option.

No, if you have the hookups, you can install them. But if you wish, we can provide a pre-written approval email to send your landlord. It explains that installation is professional, reversible, and fully insured.

Within 3 business days for most addresses. Priority next-day delivery is available for a small fee.

Phase Rentals has a 6-month minimum rental commitment. Terms are usually 12 months with an option to renew after or cancel with a quick pickup.

Your card is charged monthly on the same day of the month as your installation date.
