Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Phase Rentals may send you account and service texts related to your rental, such as renewal reminders, billing and payment notices, and appliance pickup scheduling and confirmations.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for help.

Payment Information

Phase Rentals uses Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Payment information is collected and processed through Stripe for purposes such as initial rental payments, recurring monthly rental payments, account billing, and payment records.

Phase Rentals does not store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or sensitive payment card information on our own website or systems. Stripe handles payment processing and payment security.

We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as payment status, transaction confirmations, customer billing details, card brand, and the last four digits of a payment card. We use this information only to manage your rental account, confirm payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain business records.

Phase Rentals does not sell payment information.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no website, form, payment system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep customer information for as long as needed to manage rental requests, active rentals, service history, business records, payment records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete or securely store it according to our business practices.

Our services are intended for adults who are requesting appliance rental services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
